Coach Tandy Bradford


TANDY BRADFORD brings strong experience with girls and women’s basketball teams at the high school and college levels. Bradford earned her Bachelor’s Degree at Thomas More College in Crestview Hills, Kentucky and has been coaching ever since. Bradford was formerly the head varsity girls basketball coach at Toledo Christian School, where she also served as an English and Speech teacher since 2009. She has coached at Georgia Tech, the University of Toledo, and Kentucky Wesleyan College. At Kentucky Wesleyan, she was the Head Coach.

She was also the Head Assistant and Recruiting Coordinator at the University of Toledo. She was the Assistant Coach of Administration and Player development at Georgia Tech. She also played both volleyball and basketball in junior college and then basketball at Thomas More where she was captain.

At Toledo Christian School, Coach Bradford obtained a 70+ winning percentage as a high school coach and helped multiple student athletes obtain college scholarships for athletics, academics, and leadership. She also worked with three student-athletes who were in the running for the Chuck Ealey Undefeated Spirit Award of which two of her athletes were awarded.

She is a member of the WBCA, OHSCBA, District 7 Coaches 7 and USA Basketball Certified. Tandy became an owner of the Glass City Fury in 2015. Tandy is married to Josh Bradford, the Pitching Coach at The University of Toledo, and they have one son, Blake Bradford, 13.
